Just off Mountain Road at 102 Norwood Avenue
is The Business Centre
(Two blocks up from the High St. lights). 

As you look at the building from the road,
use the right-hand side entrance marked 102
go up 8 steps & turn right to Room 226. 
Yoga signs lead the way.


Free parking

The car park is to the right of the Centre.

This 1947, red-brick building was originally a school and is now a series of business offices.

West Moncton

West Moncton classes are currently held on Loftus Street in one of the rooms at Fitness Mechanix.

Turn off St. George and onto Loftus (close to the lights with Edinburgh Drive)  then drive until you pass Pepsi: then turn left at the train tracks and into the narrow car park.  It's the side door up several steps.
