More on Yoga

According to an individual’s age, current health, circumstances, personal goals and so on, an effective yoga practice develops gradually to restore, maintain and then improve overall health and well-being. 


Using a vini yoga approach (which means appropriate application), this is a yoga that is adapted to you and not the other way around.  It is important to work with an individual's current strengths and circumstances so that the yoga does not strain or stress the body and body systems and so that the improvements are sustainable.


This isn’t difficult or awkward and won't oppose anything and since it is profoundly beneficial, the improvements are noticeable with each series of classes.   Just one class can make a welcome difference and you see the potential.  It really is something to try out.
