Providing us with a method, yoga slowly helps us to build on what we  have.  It influences our quality of life.  It is a gradual, sustainable process and over time the results are remarkable … We find the yoga practice that feels right for us and then we practice it as consistently as possible.


It's important to make time for yourself  - especially when life throws you obstacles and when your schedule is hectic.: that's when you need the benefits of yoga.
